Job summary

Lake Trust Credit Union is seeking a proactive Member Experience Manager for the Howell (Grand River) branch. The role leads the team to deliver exceptional member experiences, aligns daily operations with the credit union's Brand Promise, and drives branch sales and service goals through coaching and collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of leadership experience, a BA/BS or equivalent management background, and a demonstrated ability to think critically to develop effective strategies

• Proven passion for developing and leading people.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to develop strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Brand Promise and GUIDE principles with every interaction.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow sales and service skills.
• Promote teamwork to boost employee engagement and strong member service.
• Communicate effectively when addressing complex or sensitive service issues.
• Oversee all branch operations, including audit procedures and standard operating processes.
