Job summary

VASA Fitness in Illinois is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Lead to drive the club's guest-to-member journey and uphold the UPLIFT culture. You will recruit, train, and coach MES teammates while partnering with the General Manager to achieve sales and service goals.

Travel for initial training to an established club is required, with the launch of a new location in mind. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service
• 3+ years leading operational teams
• Strong verbal and written communication; relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Maintain the UPLIFT culture in the club
• Lead guest-to-member experience and brand interaction
• Recruit, hire, and train MES team members
• Coach MES staff on converting guests to members
• Support GM in sales plans and coaching
• Forecast staffing needs and interview/hiring oversight
• Schedule and conduct training for MES team
