Job summary

VASA Fitness in Omaha is seeking a proactive Member Experience Lead (MEL) to elevate the guest-to-member journey, coach MES, and uphold the UPLIFT culture across the club. You will drive results through people, processes, and a welcoming environment.

The MEL reports to the General Manager, leads by example, recruits and trains staff, champions REVIVE sales, and ensures clubs are clean, efficient, and focused on delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years customer service in a retail, restaurant or in-person based service industry.
• 3+ years leading operational teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Build relationships by establishing trust quickly and positively influencing others.
• Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.
• CPR certification within the first 30 days of employement.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES team to maintain UPLIFT culture and guest-to-member journey.
• Recruit, hire, and train MES staff.
• Coach MES and provide feedback to GM.
• Support GM with staffing forecasts and interview processes.
• Drive REVIVE sales and in-club merchandise sales.
• Maintain club facilities, cleanliness, and member friendliness.
