Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Lead (MEL) in Denver, CO to drive a high‑performing MES team and sustain an uplifting, inclusive club culture. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure a welcoming guest journey, and support the GM with staffing and sales initiatives to meet club goals.

The MEL leads by example, coaches on VASA’s non-intimidating approach, and maintains a superb member experience while optimizing operations and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service in retail/restaurant/in-person service
• 3+ years leading operational teams
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Build relationships quickly and influence others
• Interest in health, fitness, nutrition; CPR within 30 days; pass background check

Responsibilities

• Lead MES team to deliver the UPLIFT culture in the club
• Recruit, hire, and train MES members
• Coach MES on converting guests to members
• Support GM with sales planning and staffing
• Ensure club equipment, facilities are clean and welcoming
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to staff
• Schedule training and conduct interviews with GM
• Develop a welcoming, brand-aligned guest experience
