Job summary

Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball Club in Walpole, MA is seeking a Member Experience Lead for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll supervise our front desk, manage check-ins, court scheduling, memberships, and sign-ups for tennis and pickleball, while upholding a five-star service standard.

You’ll also create engaging social media content to showcase our community, handle member questions, coordinate staff schedules, and assist with hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or club/fitness operations (leadership experience a plus).
• Comfortable managing Instagram/TikTok/Facebook content.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk team to deliver 5-star service on every visit.
• Oversee check-ins, court scheduling, reservations, and program sign-ups for tennis and pickleball.
• Manage membership services, payments, and day-to-day front desk operations.
• Create and post engaging social media content that shows off our club's community and events.
• Handle member questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper coverage across all programs.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for front desk staff.
