Job summary

Dominique Dawes Academy is seeking a Member Experience Lead to guide the family journey from inquiry to enrollment, building a welcoming, mission-aligned environment. You will lead the Member Experience Associates, manage front desk operations, and plan events and showcases with the General Manager.

In this role, you will foster strong communication with families, monitor enrollment and satisfaction metrics, and ensure exceptional service across shifts while mentoring a team and coordinating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Member Experience Associates team.
• Own front desk operations and data systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor enrollment, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics and partner with GM to improve experiences.
• Plan and execute events, parties, and showcases on-site.
