Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Fresno, CA is seeking a frontline associate to deliver member service, maintain the checkout area, and guide customers through self-service technology. You will process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges while upholding safety and security procedures.

As part of the team, you’ll help stock and organize merchandise, acknowledge members, verify memberships, and support training on new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash register.
• Experience with mobile retail applications or store tech.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area while resolving member issues.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services and guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follows safety standards and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas, acknowledges members, verifies membership, and locates merchandise.
