Job summary

Summit Athletic Club is seeking a Front Desk Team Member who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming environment. You will be the friendly first and last impression for members, assisting with check-ins, memberships, and general inquiries in a busy gym setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and punctual, with strong communication skills. CPR certification is required, and prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every member with a friendly “Welcome to Summit!” or by their name.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every member.
• Check members in and assist with questions, memberships, appointments, and general needs.
• Answer phones and communicate professionally with members and guests.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Help maintain Summit’s standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Be attentive, professional, and ready to help throughout your shift.
