Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a full-time member experience specialist to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You’ll listen to goals, ask questions, and tailor recommendations to support each member’s success.

You will build genuine relationships, ensure a clean, safe gym, and deliver a welcoming sales and service experience. CPR and AED certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment to support our community's well being.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and connecting them to resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to every guest and member, creating a welcoming environment.
• Support onboarding of new members and greet them with a friendly check-in to reinforce belonging.
