Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience in a financial institution or proven sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage members as first contact, building relationships and uncovering needs.
• Open memberships, checking, savings, and specialty accounts within policy.
• Process consumer loan applications and advise on suitable products.
• Cross-sell products to support member financial well-being.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and adoption.
• Maintain branch security, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales and service goals.
