Job summary

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union in Brainerd is seeking a full-time teller to handle deposits, withdrawals, and member inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

You will open/close accounts, balance cash and checks, and promote credit union products while providing exceptional service to our members in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a related field with equal responsibilities.
• High school level language, math and reasoning skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to provide excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals and other teller transactions with accuracy.
• Open, close, and balance accounts; handle direct deposits and ACH origination.
• Explain credit union products and promote services to members.
• Undertake loan and deposit sales during call campaigns and daily operations.
• Support branch operations including vault, safety procedures and reports.
