Job summary

Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union in Baxter, MN is seeking a full-time Teller to process member transactions, balance cash drawer, and promote MMFCU products and services. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and inquiries while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months related experience in a financial/customer service environment.
• Excellent member service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Accurate cash handling, adherence to procedures, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Open/close cash drawer, balance to system, and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Explain credit union products and services and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Handle daily routine tasks such as check imaging, postage, and account inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements and comply with them.
