Arcis Golf seeks a Member Relations & Events Coordinator at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, AZ. You market the club to prospective members and maintain ongoing relationships to grow membership experiences.

You will manage lifestyle programming and social events, coordinate with F&B, and communicate with members through newsletters, calendars, and social media, ensuring events run smoothly and the member experience remains outstanding.

Qualifications

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, drive, and motivation.
• One year of golf course/private club-related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboards new members.
• Develops Lifestyle Programming & Social calendar with department heads.
• Collaborates with F&B to create event sheets, contracts, and budgets.
• Attends events to ensure proper execution.
• Supports programming to increase Golf Rounds, Member Visits, F&B Revenue, and Member Satisfaction.
• Manages member communication plans: calls, greetings, newsletters, calendars, website updates, social media, flyers and banners.
• Supports retention strategies and aligns with mission, brand, and values.
• Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
