Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Team Member at the Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, Texas. You will drive revenue across golf, dining, merchandise, and entertainment while ensuring profitable operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in budgeting, sales planning, and cross-department collaboration to uphold Arcis Golf standards and guest satisfaction across all venues.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sources of revenue to include golf rounds, food and beverage, gamification, merchandising, and agronomy.
• Ensure all departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships.
• Create local and national marketing plans and pricing strategies and respond quickly to changing market conditions.
• Actively participate in sales discussions, meetings and plans; know key account executives and business base.
• Know monthly production levels for each salesperson on the staff.
• Promote Arcis Golf’s philosophies throughout the golf course to employees and guests.
• Create the golf course’s annual budget and monitor performance throughout the year.
• Manage Human Resources functions of the golf course, including turnover, development and retention; conduct regular meetings.
• Protect the golf course and its assets through a preventative maintenance program.
• Respond quickly to guest requests; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure golf course compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
