Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding processes.
• Develops and coordinates Lifestyle Programming & Social offerings.
• Works with F&B to manage function sheets, event files, and promotions.
• Supports programming to increase golf rounds, member visits, and revenue.
• Maintains a member communication plan across calls, emails, calendars, and social channels.
