Job summary

AbsoluteCare Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking a Member Relations Coordinator to be the heart and voice for members, handling concerns, engagement, and retention strategies.

You will support care teams, manage the member feedback process, lead surveys and action plans, and coordinate the Member Lounge and events to drive satisfaction.

Flexible collaboration with SDoH and Behavioral Health teams, ensuring culturally competent, compassionate care across our diverse membership base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer, patient, or member service roles.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Excel/Word.
• Experience with culturally diverse communities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop real-world solutions with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Own the member feedback process including reporting and follow-up.
• Collect and share member success stories monthly for events.
• Oversee the Annual Member Survey and action planning.
• Conduct member satisfaction touchpoints and pulse surveys.
• Manage the Member Lounge and plan improvements daily.
• Coordinate member events and MAC meetings.
• Greet members daily and foster trust and confidence.
