Magnifi Financial in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Banking Consultant to assist members in person, by phone, and through digital channels. You will educate, recommend, and sell products and services while handling routine transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You must have a high school diploma (two-year degree preferred) and customer service or sales experience. Notary Public is optional. This role offers benefits, training, and growth within a member-owned financial institution.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• High school diploma required; two-year degree preferred.
• Notary Public designation is optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with routine transactions.
• Provide exceptional member experience and resolve requests.
• Consult with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer, cash recycler, and ATM operations.
• Support digital banking setup and card activations.
• Promote digital solutions and mobile banking adoption.
• May open or close the branch.
• Participate in community relations efforts.
