Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee interactions at the service desk, including opening and closing procedures.
• Promote and effectively sell memberships and ancillary services.
• Schedule all appointments via core business software.
• Knowledge of all opening and closing procedures.
• Proficiently enroll members via contract and provide member handbook.
• Effective radio communication with all departments as needed.
