Job summary

Longevity Fitness Charleston, Inc. is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to deliver an exceptional welcome and assist with daily club operations.

You will provide outstanding member care, support the Member Services Manager, promote and sell retail, and manage Mindbody scheduling and accounts to keep class bookings running smoothly. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, proactive, and service minded, with 1–2 years in hospitality or member services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years experience in hospitality or member services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Sales experience.
• Strong customer service mindset.

• Provide outstanding member care and support the Member Services Manager.

Job description

The Member Experience Coordinator plays a key support role in creating an exceptional member experience while assisting with the daily operations of the Longevity Club. Responsibilities include providing outstanding member care, supporting the Member Services Manager, promoting and selling retail, managing Mindbody scheduling and accounts, completing administrative tasks, and helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. They communicate effectively, work with a sense of urgency, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and collaborate well with the team. They take initiative, respond thoughtfully to member needs, and represent Longevity Club with professionalism and care while supporting the club's overall success.

The Member Experience Coordinator reports to the Member Services Manager.

This is a full time position with a starting salary range of $42,000 - $45,000. Available to open at 5am and work Saturdays is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years previous experience in hospitality or member services
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Sales experience
