Job summary

Black Hills Federal Credit Union (BHFCU) is hiring for a Member Experience role focused on teller duties, member service, and lending support. You will guide members to ITMs, perform transactions, open memberships, and assist with loan applications while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will stay current on regulations and BHFCU products, cross-sell using the ENGAGE model, and contribute to a high-performance team in a fast-paced branch environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Vision to handle cash transactions and verify financial transactions.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with staff, members and vendors.
• Ability to operate multiple monitors and software systems simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the Branch and guide them to ITMs; educate on ITMs.
• Perform teller transactions and business deposits as needed.
• Open new consumer and youth memberships and maintain accounts.
• Assist with loan applications, payments, and documentation.
• Stay current on laws, regulations, and technology affecting teller, member services, lending.
• Cross-sell BHFCU products using ENGAGE model.
