Job summary

Kalamazoo Country Club is seeking a friendly Concierge to elevate the member experience across dining, golf, spa, and events. You’ll greet members by name, manage reservations, update profiles, and coordinate communications with a warm, polished presence.

You will support daily operations, anticipate member needs, provide personalized recommendations, and act as a front-line ambassador for the Club's brand. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers and club/reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional welcome to members and guests.
• Manage communications, reservations, and event announcements.
• Maintain updated member profiles and personalize service.
• Coordinate dining, golf, and event reservations across departments.
• Act as liaison between members and club departments.
• Support club events, tournaments, and special occasions.
