Qualifications

• At least 1 year in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Experience using computers and reservation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Membership team in daily operations across Golf, Restaurants, Events, Spa, Family Activities, Racquets, Pool, and Fitness.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the highest standard of service.
• Greet members warmly and assist with requests or arrangements.
