You will maintain member profiles, coordinate communications, and act as a trusted ambassador for the club’s warm, polished service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Comfort with computers and Google applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion, professionalism and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome and assist with member requests.
• Coordinate dining, golf, events, spa, and other club reservations.
• Maintain up-to-date member profiles and preferences.
• Communicate via phone, email, newsletters, and calendars.
• Serve as a front-line ambassador for Kalamazoo Country Club.
• Support club events, tournaments, and special occasions.
