Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with smiles, names, and eye contact.
• Own your shifts—work your scheduled shift or arrange coverage.
• Check in every member and guest to protect membership integrity.
• Attend department meetings and communicate scheduling requests to your Manager or Team Lead.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club and locker rooms during shift.
• Process payments for classes, personal training, massages, and Pro-Shop items.
• Promote programs, events and services to generate revenue.
• Welcome and engage new members and guests, supporting retention efforts.
