Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• Sophomore standing or higher (Junior preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research industry best practices for member- and customer-facing sites.
• Evaluate the user experience of the Land O'Lakes member-facing site.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve content, design, navigation, and other features.
• Implement approved content, design, and navigation updates to improve member experience.
• Support a variety of communications projects and training promotion.
