Job summary

Land O’Lakes is seeking a Member Relations Communications Intern in Arden Hills, MN for May–July 2027. You will partner with teams to support communications and engagement initiatives for member-owners, focusing on improving member-facing content and site experience.

The role offers hands-on experience in content development, email communications, and training promotion while you gain insight into the cooperative business model.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• Sophomore standing or higher (Junior preferred)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Support a variety of communications projects and content development
• Research industry best practices for member-facing sites
• Evaluate and improve the member-facing site user experience
• Implement approved content, design, and navigation updates to enhance member value and engagement
