Job summary

Lake Trust Credit Union in Brighton, MI is seeking a Call Center Member Experience Associate for our Contact Center at the headquarters. The typical schedule is 10:00am–7:00pm, with one Saturday per month 9:00am–1:00pm, and a hybrid option (2 days remote, 3 days in person) after 3 months.

The role focuses on delivering the best Member Experience by uncovering needs and cross-selling solutions to help members reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of job-related experience in building member/customer relationships through cross-selling.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-person/remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet members proactively and assess needs to offer solutions.
• Act as a financial coach to strengthen member loyalty and financial well-being.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet members' goals.
• Educate members on consumer loan and credit card options.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve Lake Trust targets.
