Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience; membership sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to pass a background check.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Build personal connections to make the club feel like home.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Help keep the club clean and organized and ensure a great first impression.
• Support member journeys by answering questions and scheduling tours.
