Responsibilities

• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable and offering alternatives.
• Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and assisting with purchases and questions; processing purchases and payments per policy.
• Organizes and maintains availability of carts/flatbeds and assists members with transporting items.
