Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as Retail Service Representative; banking or credit union preferred.
• Basic PC Skills.
• Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cross sell Credit Union products and services.
• Exceed expectations for service guidelines and sales goals.
• Explain Credit Union products and services to members.
• Open all types of accounts including savings, checking, CDs, and IRAs.
• Interview applicants for Consumer Loans and process loans.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve problems.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
