Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling on available banking products and services.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and strengthen member relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and institutional regulations.
• Support team by sharing knowledge as experience grows.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and accurately.
• Process routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
