Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union seeks a Teller/Banker to greet members and champion our financial products. You will build relationships, promote checking/savings accounts, loans, cards, and insurance, while meeting sales goals and educating members on digital services.

As a cross-trained professional, you will provide universal teller/banker service, support growth opportunities, and contribute to our Vision and Values through excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of retail banking, cash handling, customer service and sales, or comparable experience.
• Customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promote checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance services to members.
• Meet sales goals and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate members on digital services and provide universal teller/banker service.
• Support the credit union in delivering exceptional member experiences and partner with branches as needed.
