Job summary

Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) is seeking a Member Consultant to join our Seattle-area branch team. You’ll perform consumer lending, open new accounts, and provide teller services while aiming for strong sales and service results.

You’ll build lasting relationships with members and tailor solutions to their needs. Positions available include Member Consultant I and II, with eligibility for the role and salary progression based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a financial institution or retail/service-related position.
• Willingness to register with NMLS, fingerprinting, and background check; renew annually.
• Competitive pay ranges per hour depending on qualifications; includes incentive plan and benefits.

• Perform all branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and teller services.
