About the Role

As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the heart of the member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter your office.

• First face people see while preparing the office: brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, stocking shared amenities.
• Proactive and take ownership of managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Build events and design unique signage.
• Add new members into multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or Wi‑Fi issues.
• Participate in local marketing events to communicate flexible solutions.
• Conduct in‑tour walkthroughs while Member Experience Manager attends other potential members.

Member Experience Associates create relationships and community, connecting with members and ensuring interactions rooted in trust and shared values.

Requirements

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, walk for extended periods.
• Capable of operating machines/appliances: printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, complying with health & safety regulations, cleaning chemicals, equipment.
• Ensure work areas stay sanitary and safety protocols are followed.

Compensation

The hourly compensation for this position starts at $25.25. Base compensation determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
