Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a front-line Member Assistance Center member who delivers courteous service through phone and digital channels. You will process transactions with accuracy, protect member confidentiality, and build relationships that support financial well-being.

You will educate members on GreenState products, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with teammates to uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a communication center or financial institution preferred.
• Comfortable being on camera and conducting business via phone/digital platforms.
• Able to read and interpret procedure manuals and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Member Assistance Center via phone and digital interactions.
• Build relationships with members across channels and provide high-quality service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate members on product offerings and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Research and resolve member issues with limited supervision and ensure timely follow-up.
