Qualifications

• 6-12 months of face-to-face customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be willing to become CPR/AED certified.

• Assist callers with knowledgeable and accurate information.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
