Job summary

WEOKIE Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Advocate II for our Yukon, OK location. The role focuses on proactive member engagement, opening and maintaining accounts, and recommending Credit Union products to support members' financial needs.

The ideal candidate has retail financial services experience, strong service orientation, and the ability to learn and use Microsoft Office and core processing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in the retail financial services industry.
• CCUFC designation encouraged.
• Previous supervisory skills are preferred but not required.
• Familiar with member experience operations.
• Must be able to learn and use Microsoft Office and the credit union’s core processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Consultatively interact with members to meet their financial needs and proactively recommend Credit Union products and services.
• Accurately process new accounts and perform maintenance, including IRA, trust, and commercial accounts; data entry and paperwork processing.
