Job summary

WEOKIE is seeking a Member Advocate I in Oklahoma City, OK to deliver extraordinary service and efficiently process cash and member inquiries. You will proactively refer suitable products and services to help members manage their financial needs while upholding the credit union’s mission.

Responsibilities include handling cash, deposits, inquiries, and maintaining accuracy under policy controls, with attendance at schedules and potential cross-site coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CCUFC designation encouraged or pursued.
• Must be able to learn and apply a variety of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary member service and accurately process a variety of cash and inquiry transactions.
• Proactively identify and refer appropriate products and services to help members manage their financial needs.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety controls to protect members and the credit union.
• Balance cash drawers and handle end-of-day tasks and miscellaneous duties.
