Job summary

Verve is seeking a Member Experience Advisor I to act as a member ambassador, delivering exceptional service across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will handle deposits, loans, and credit card applications while explaining features and regulatory terms clearly to members.

You will actively identify opportunities to deepen relationships, support growth objectives, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of customer service, retail banking, or cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly and professionally.
• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, checks.
• Open/close consumer deposit accounts and manage beneficiaries.
• Explain account features and regulatory terms clearly to members.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures.
