Job summary

American Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor at our East Norriton branch. You will deliver premier service to members and proactively engage with their financial needs using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities include processing accounts and loans, analyzing member engagement with data tools, and coordinating with SMEs to address complex needs. Rotating evenings and Saturdays are required, with competitive benefits."

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evenings and Saturdays.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account requests, open basic consumer accounts, and perform file maintenance.
• Handle basic consumer loan requests including applications, booking, and disbursement.
• Use sales tracking systems and data tools to analyze member engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized needs.
