AAA Hoosier invites a Member Experience Advisor to provide personalized insurance support and guidance. You will manage member relationships, service policies, and support retention across multiple channels in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should hold an active Property & Casualty license and have 3+ years in insurance or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems. This is a full-time on-site role in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years insurance, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong communication and issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and digital channels.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and account updates.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations.
• Support retention efforts through proactive member communication.
• Resolve member concerns with a focus on first contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation and account records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to support member needs.
