Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is hiring at our Holladay branch to deliver exceptional member service and advise on account options. You will open new accounts, service existing ones, and explain MACU products to meet members' financial goals.

Ideal candidates have at least six months of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cash handling is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in Utah.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required; onboarding within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on solutions.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts; explain MACU products.
• Resolve member issues, follow up to ensure resolution, and support branch operations.
