Job summary

REV in Charleston, SC is seeking a Member Advisor who builds trusted financial relationships through high‑quality service, expert guidance, and operational excellence.

You will serve as the frontline contact for members, perform a wide range of account and transaction services, educate members on digital tools, and help drive branch sales while strictly following BSA/OFAC compliance.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent completed.
• Minimum one year in financial institution, retail banking, or customer-facing role.
• Experience opening accounts or performing comparable servicing duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for members, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, efficient, and solutions-oriented.
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other standard transactions accurately.
• Opens and services personal accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, and IRA accounts.
• Ensures compliance with BSA, OFAC, and privacy standards in all activities.
• Promotes products and services to meet members' financial goals, supporting branch goals.
• Assists with daily branch operations including cash handling and documentation.
