Job summary

The Gathering Spot in Atlanta seeks a creative, hands-on Member Events Coordinator to ideate, plan, and execute 20+ members-only events across our Atlanta locations—The Gathering Spot and Retreat. You will report to the Member Events Director and help shape the calendar of member experiences with energy and creativity.

You will plan logistics, collaborate with marketing, vet event requests from members and non-members, and research and book talent.

• Flexible schedule for evening, nighttime and weekend events.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage event logistics including day-of coordination.
• Attend and contribute to ideation brainstorming sessions.
• Coordinate with marketing to advertise each event.
• Vet inbound event requests from members and non-members.
• Research and book talent for events.
• Produce post-event recap content and highlight reels.
• Host membership-driving experiences to grow club membership.
• Complete administrative tasks (BEOs, floor charts, recap reports).
• Collaborate with creative teams on event branding and assets.
