Lockheed Martin RMS in Mount Laurel, NJ, is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, integrate and test C3 systems, and perform data analysis to evaluate performance across radar, sensor management, and command of weapon systems. The role requires handling complex data and collaborating across teams in a mission-focused environment.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance are mandatory, with the position located at a facility that requires special access.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related STEM field is required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

The Work

The Systems Engineer will have the opportunity to design, integrate/test and conduct data analysis to assess system performance of the Command, Control and Communications (C3) systems. The C3 systems perform multiple critical functions such as radar and sensor management, track filtering, track management including correlation/association, control of multiple communication links, threat evaluation and prioritization, and command of weapon systems for target engagement or assignment.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a U. S. DoD security clearance.
