Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer in Mount Laurel, NJ to design, integrate/test and analyze data for C3 systems. This role requires U.S. DoD security clearance and work at a facility with access requirements.

The RMS team in Mount Laurel & Camden offers a collaborative environment focused on defense technology, with exposure to radar, sensor management, and command of weapon systems. Eligible candidates must meet the outlined basic qualifications.

Competenze

• BS Degree in Engineering or STEM field with minimum of 2 years' professional experience OR minimum of 4 years' Military related experience in lieu of Degree.
• Experience performing system and data analysis
• Understanding of technical process for testing complex software systems
• Ability to apply MATLAB, or Python as analytical tools for evaluation, modeling, simulation, and/or prototyping.
• Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level

The Work

The Systems Engineer will have the opportunity to design, integrate/test and conduct data analysis to assess system performance of the Command, Control and Communications (C3) systems. The C3 systems perform multiple critical functions such as radar and sensor management, track filtering, track management including correlation/association, control of multiple communication links, threat evaluation and prioritization, and command of weapon systems for target engagement or assignment. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of systems engineering principles, algorithm development, and data analysis to troubleshoot and evaluate. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a U. S. DoD security clearance.

Basic Qualifications

$75000.00 - $142760.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
