Job summary

Gaia, Inc. in Louisville, CO is seeking a Manager, Product Content Marketing & Digital Merchandising to lead our member communications and promote engagement with Gaia’s growing ecosystem of content, experiences, and products.

You’ll own the marketing strategy and execution across email, onsite merchandising, notifications, and social channels, partnering with Product, Marketing, Content, Publishing, Analytics and Design to craft cohesive journeys that deepen engagement and maximize member value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy and execution for consumer digital media or subscription services.
• Proven ability to develop discovery, merchandising, lifecycle, or engagement strategies that enhance customer experience and business results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions; adept with AI tools to improve workflows.
• Proficiency with BI tools, GA4, SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills; strategic yet hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content launches, campaigns, and onboarding journeys across multiple channels.
• Define and standardize Gaia’s content discovery and merchandising strategies across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product to influence onsite experiences and personalization.
• Lead cross-functional campaigns and seasonal promotions with timely delivery.
• Balance business priorities with exceptional member experiences.
