Job summary

Initial on-site work for 90 days with potential hybrid/remote work after probation. Candidates should have call center and training experience, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of call center experience and training experience.
• OR four years of diversified experience in retail sales or financial services with training experience.
• Computer experience to include Microsoft Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate formal classroom training for all new FSRs with Training Department.
• Coordinate on-the-job training with supervisory team.
• Train new FSRs on answering member calls, processes and systems.
• Train new FSRs to cross-sell credit union products regularly.
