Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Professional voice and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and sustain extended phone sessions.
• Computer literate with effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in 10-Key typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Excellent interpersonal, member service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.

Remote. ACU is looking for a Member Contact Center Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for members. The position is full‑time, day shift, and requires a high school diploma or GED. Category: Banking.

Salary: $20.88 - $26.39 per hour. The target hiring range is $20.88–$23.05. The compensation structure supports growth based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account inquiries, transfer of funds, and stop payments via phone and online platforms.
• Provide information on loan application status, payment, and payoff amounts.
• Provide account history and statement copies.
• Set members up for electronic services.
• Use the phone system as instructed to provide prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Actively expand existing member relationships by cross‑selling products, services, or referring members to appropriate sales staff.
• Participate as part of a collaborative team.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday: 9:30am–6:00pm. Rotating Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm. The primary shift is Monday‑Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm with rotating Saturdays.
