• Develops and supports Membership by informing Members about benefits and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts for Members.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, picking items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards, forklift procedures, and hazardous materials handling guidelines.
• Provides Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products.
• Complies with policies and ethics, applying the Open Door Policy and Walmart values.
• Delivers results with customer focus and strives for continuous improvement.
